Read any good (non-manga/anime) books?

I just wondering what people were reading ... (besides anime/manga heh)

I'm trying to get into The Children of Men ... It's really hard for me to get into this book. But I can see the movie was loosely based off the book. :/

I like most books of films I've seen. I like X-men and stuff like that, I'm reading Dr Who at the mo, and waiting for Empire (probably gonna be the title) to come out. I've gotten out of reading recently, I need to get back into it with some good books.

Not by choice: Giglamesh, Cell

I'm also rereading stuff. I have a bad habit of reading different books at the same time. :\

Read both of those and they are both excellent reads.

Most books turned into movies, leave me with much to be desired. But I'm a purest that way.

I started reading the old X-Men comics, and boy are they cheesy. xD

I like to read R. A. Salvatore's books, and one good example is Forgotten Realms-series, I strongly suggest to read these if you're into fantasy stuff

I have heard of that author, I might even have a few of those books lurking around.

I'm reading the old Nancy Drew books, my mom read them when she was young. So I wanted to try them out too. >p

The ending left me going. errr what just happened?

I liked the first couple books the best. It felt like so many things went unanswered towards the end. :/ But that's just me.
